Hi, I am Mollie! Do you feel like your past is always causing you to fail in the present? Do you want to get better? And are you sick of just talking about the problems without solutions or change? I work with individuals to help them find hope again when they feel all hope has been lost. Together, we can identify your barriers to reaching your goals and tackle them head on. We will use a wholistic approach to address the mind, body, and spirit. I use a Biblical approach for addressing issues while also using mindfulness and trauma therapy. Whether you are struggling with feelings of failure, relationship issues, eating disorders, intimacy issues, or trauma from past abuse, I am here to help you find hope and answers so that you can move forward. Opening up to someone new can be frightening, but you are making a great first step. Sessions will be a judgment-free zone and you will be met with various techniques that best fit you and your needs.
