Imagine waking up every morning feeling like you can take on the world. How great does that feel? I want to help you get to that point!
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a National Certified Counselor, and I am genuinely passionate about helping individuals grow into the best version of themselves. My desire is to help individuals enhance all the necessary skills that they will need to secure their emotional well-being. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Child, Family, and Social Services from Nicholls State University and a Masters of Education with a concentration in School Counseling from Nicholls State University. I service adults, children, and families and have assisted clients with issues including but not limited to: depression, anxiety, career, PTSD, grief/trauma, adjusting to changes, and family issues.
I provide a safe space where you can process your feelings and express them without any judgment. You will learn new ways to not only enjoy but to thrive in life despite any unwanted circumstances. Come and allow me to help you seize the opportunity to grow, bloom and flourish.
