I find joy in working with all of my clients, while helping them navigate life's curveballs. Be it the unique challenges that arise individually, in a marriage, at home, at work, in school, in the police or fire departments, in the NFL, in the MLB, or in collegiate athletics. Or, after they lose themselves, their individual identity after starting a family, or retiring. Additionally, I have extensive experience working with clients who have trouble navigating issues related to anxiety, depression, sex, sexuality, and substance abuse. I draw from several therapeutic techniques and I tailor my approach to your specific needs. My primary goal is to understand your core values and who you really are.
