Are you feeling stuck with the weight of the world on your shoulders and not sure who to turn to? Feeling like it’s hard to be your best self, or even know who that self is? Are you feeling isolated or alone? Or do you express yourself in ways that you are not happy with or proud of? Do you feel misunderstood, confused, lost, down or just not like yourself. I understand, and I believe I can help.

My name is Misty Wilson, LCSW-C, and I have experience working with individuals of diverse backgrounds including those in marginalized communities and helping others to overcome depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, complex grief and problems adjusting to life changes. I am also passionate about supporting adults with ADHD to optimize their strengths and use selfcompassion and practical strategies to address their symptoms and live out their best lives.

My work is always centered in empathy and a firm belief in the humanity and uniqueness of each person with whom I have had the privilege of working. I look forward to supporting you along your journey.
