As your counselor, I will work to guide you through the counseling process in a way authentic to your individual needs and goals I help you work through trauma, stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues with a specialty in family therapy. I provide families guidance in establishing connection, unity, and structure. I utilize a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities to address a broad range of mental health struggles. I strongly support an integrative, holistic approach to counseling, as I believe a deeper understanding of the whole self can foster greater self-awareness, confidence, and self-acceptance.
As your counselor, I will work with you to build on your strengths and guide you toward your goals. I will develop an individual plan using proven methods to help you reach your goals. With compassion and kindness, I will encourage you and guide you through the counseling process.
