Misty Cox is a licensed clinical social worker offering behavioral health services to adults. She treats a full list of issues; however, her specialties include anxiety, bipolar, depression, domestic violence, geriatric therapy, mood disorders, stress, trauma/PTSD, women's issues, and grief. Misty received her Master of Social Work in 2018 from Spalding University. Misty believes in utilizing a person-centered, strengths-based approach, acknowledging each individual's specific needs and their role within larger systems. She believes in providing unconditional positive regard and honoring the ways in which each individual's unique characteristics and cultural influences shape their worldview and experience. Misty loves to travel. Her goal is to travel to all 50 states, already traveling to 16!
