"I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW-S) in Ohio. Over the past ten years, I have worked in community mental health and outpatient clinics in the Cleveland metro area, working with clients with complex trauma, anxiety and mood disorders, and co-occurring substance use disorders. I also specialize in working with vicarious trauma, compassion fatigue, and burnout (often issues for first responders and treatment/medical providers). My holistic, relational approach is rooted in collaboration and focuses on reducing distress, resolving crises, and improving interpersonal functioning. My trauma-informed practice focuses on identifying strengths, expanding awareness and insight, and developing new skills. I commit to antiracist, LGBTQ+, and HAES (Health at Every Size) values, and my eclectic approach includes harm reduction, psychoeducation, motivational interviewing, mindfulness and meditation, CBT, DBT, and EMDR Therapy."
