Life changes great and small can cause us all to evaluate ourselves at times and I think that everyone can benefit from the therapeutic process. I enjoy working with clients in a variety of ways to address their concerns. I treat people with a variety of concerns, but I specialize in depression, trauma, and emotion regulation issues. I believe that validation and offering a non-judgmental ear are critical to successful therapy. I offer a personalized approach to treatment and believe that the therapeutic relationship is a collaborative one. I have experience working with clients ages 14 and up.
