I am an LCSW and have been practicing for 5 years. I work with a wide range of things such as trauma, depression, anxiety, interpersonal relationship struggles, blended families, conflict in relationships, anger out bursts, cutting, thoughts of suicide and much more. I use mostly CBT, DBT and EMDR. My approach is psychodynamic, I believe that many of the struggles today are a result of how we were raised, experiences we had as a child and our attachment style, more so than we realize. This results in how we interpret the world, interpret relationships and how we give and receive love and an emotional connection.
