I know how it feels to come to the realization you need and want help, but afraid to seek help. If you're anything like I was, it can be nerve racking at the thought of revealing my inner self to a stranger. Whether on a journey seeking personal awareness, dealing with major life transitions, traumatic events, or relationship issues, my purpose is to help my patients achieve and improve their quality of life. As someone who has been on the other side of the screen looking for a therapist, my goal as a therapist is to be the therapist I needed; someone who is genuinely empathic, open to various ways of thinking and living, non judgmental, caring, knowledgeable, thought provoking, and human.
