I believe life is meant to be joyful, fun and filled with inspiration and satisfaction interspersed with times that may not always be the most fun or satisfying. It's during these times of dissatisfaction that counseling may be very beneficial. I have a variety of training in working with people with anxiety, depression, trauma and relationship challenges to name a few. I have a gift for meeting people where they are and helping them figure out where they want to go and what they want to work on, change or improve. My style is very open, genuine, client centered and strengths based. I believe we all innately know the answers we are seeking. Sometimes, we just forget we know the answers. My job is to help you remember what you know and support you in trusting that knowledge. When we work together we'll look at all aspects of your current life including your hopes, dreams and aspirations. We'll then formulate an inspired strategy to get you headed in the direction of your choosing. I enjoy working with people from all walks of life and helping them explore life's possibilities.
