As an older woman who has availed myself of therapy many times during stressful moments, I am a true believer. I am married with four grown children. I live with a granddaughter who has cerebral palsy and is the joy in our families life.

I love working with people in the hopes that a therapeutic relationship will enrich my clients’ lives. I believe that we all have the capacity to heal with appropriate resources. I am licensed in New Mexico with 28 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, lgbt-related issues, trauma and abuse, & coping with grief and loss. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.
