My name is Mireya Torres and I am so glad you are here. You’ve found a safe, non-judgmental space where you can begin to reclaim your self-worth, discover your purpose, and fully realize the amazing gifts you have to offer. You have been wonderfully made in God’s image and likeness. It’s time to identify and challenge those deeply rooted negative beliefs that are keeping you in a cycle of shame, anxiety, depression, and self-doubt. What is your approach to therapy? Healing in Faith Therapy offers safe, non-judgmental counseling tailored to address your specific needs, and set at your preferred pace, while also challenging you to explore your God-given strengths and talents. Together, we can help you heal and navigate complex circumstances; depression, anxiety, betrayal trauma, life transitions, parenting, shame/guilt. We will use modalities such EMDR, CBT, Solution Focused, and Trauma Focused. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
