What should clients know about you? I am a Licensed Professional Counselor as well as a North Carolina Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist. I believe there are many facets to healing and I take a holistic approach where mind, body and spirit align, which can foster lasting healing.I have a love for Mindfulness and Creative Arts Therapies. I have extensive substance abuse experience that includes outpatient and inpatient treatment settings. What is your approach to therapy? I have worked with a wide range of individuals from assisting teens, the elderly, military, pregnant women and single parents. Special interests include anxiety disorders, women's issues, perinatal mood disorders, substance abuse, life transitions and coping with chronic health conditions. I would be honored to have the opportunity to work with you on your journey towards healing. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you? I believe the foundation of healing and recovery begins with a strong therapeutic relationship where a safe environment can be a gateway to transformation and reaching one's full potential. I have a passion for instilling hope and assisting clients to recognize their strengths as I walk alongside of them in their journey towards healing.
