I'm so glad you're here! I’m excited to collaborate with you in working toward increasing sexual safety, wellness, and pleasure in your life. I'd love to work together to figure out what you’re already doing that’s working for you and develop a plan to build on your current strengths and supports to help you move toward the sexual life and relationships you want. Most of us have been taught not to talk about sex and our bodies, and many of us have been taught to be ashamed of our bodies and what we think about, fantasize about, and do sexually. I believe that everyone is a sexual being, and that sexual expression is a healthy part of all of our lives.
