I am passionate about helping individuals understand and challenge their own limiting beliefs, develop a more meaningful and authentic relationship with themselves, and to live in their truest state. As you are here seeking guidance and awareness, you present with your own unique life circumstances and barriers; your story is important and it matters. As your therapist, I individualize your treatment and pathway and tailor it to your individual needs.

I completed both my Bachelors and Masters degrees in Social Work at two Wisconsin Universities. I built my career in the state of New York where I have sought specialized treatment in anxiety, trauma, and maternal mental health. I am experienced in treatment of all ages, genders, cultural and ethnic identities, and sexual orientation/preference. I operate from an inclusive and holistic perspective seeing the individual as they present, and considering all life factors that built the beautiful story in front of me.
