I have been licensed as an LPC for 22 years. I have experience with children, teenagers, adults, couples and families. I have worked in private practice settings as well as clinical day schools, residential treatment centers, and public schools. I utilize a toolbox of counseling techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Transitions of Life Therapy, Psychotherapy, as well as Marriage and Family Therapy. I believe that each client has different goals and needs, therefore, the therapeutic process in unique to each individual.
