I am passionate about being able to provide individuals with the tools they need to overcome challenges and be able to use these resources to empower each individual to reach their potential. My approach is to ensure that every individual feels safe and supported throughout his or her therapeutic process. We all have strengths and it is important to use those in developing the right approach to healing. Old patterns get in the way our becoming our best selves. I want to help you resolve those old patterns. Looking at each person holistically helps to creating a unique and specific plan to achieve growth. I currently have 10 years of experience in counseling and my specialties include anxiety, depression, women’s issues, trauma, and PTSD. I am trained in EMDR and experienced working with a range of issues including phase of life transitions, interpersonal and relationship issues, self-esteem, stress, divorce, parenting and codependency.
