I am here to help you journey through the seasons of your life, as you need. I believe in the power of therapy, and am here to empower you as you experience choices, darker seasons, and even the lighter seasons! I have experience in couples therapy, AutPlay with adolescents, and working with a variety of diagnoses that adults face. I am also certified in Relaxation Based Pain Management, and am excited to get to offer that virtually! I feel that connection and relationship are key in the therapy process, and I will work hard at meeting where you are, ensuring you are comfortable during our time together.
