About

I am a licensed mental health counselor in Washington, with significant experience in crisis management, depression, anxiety and PTSD. I come from a military background, and understand the unique challenges faced by military, veterans and their families. I am the Clinical Director at an acute care mental health facility, and have worked with both mental health and substance abuse issues.

My counseling style is compassionate and understanding. I believe in treating everyone with respect and dignity, with a focus on finding solutions and developing healthy habits.

Change is hard, but it is a natural part of life. There are things we face everyday that can lead to feeling isolated and broken. I am here to help guide you through the difficult times.
