I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in struggles with self worth, self-esteem, and wellness. I have extensive experience working with adolescents and adults of all ages. Many of my clients are experiencing a major adjustment triggered by life events or are feeling “stuck”. I utilize an eclectic approach with a combination of treatments including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, MBSR(Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) and mindfulness skills to help clients gain better insight into themselves and to teach you new coping strategies to manage symptoms and improve general wellbeing. I have over 10 years of experience working with people of diverse ethnic/racial and cultural backgrounds.
