Hello, I am a licensed Therapist and I am so excited to work with you! My main goal as a therapist is for my clients to feel seen and validated as well as to create a container of safety for exploration and safe emotional expression. I have worked with a large array of folks with many challenges including but not limited to: anxiety, depression, self-esteem/self worth, women's issue, men's issues, anger management, codependency, communication issues, relationship issues, addiction issues, incarceration, abandonment issues, psychotic symptoms, Borderline Personality Disorder, domestic violence, PTSD, complex trauma, LGBT issues, Gender exploration, Trans/Non-Binary/GNC-affirmative care. I have a strong background in supporting clients with complex trauma. Complex trauma refers to long-term exposure to multiple traumatic events that can include inter-generational trauma, oppression trauma, economic trauma and a history of living in an environment that could be defined by ongoing traumatic exposure. I am a versatile therapist and my approach is one that is loving and gentle as well as direct and attentive. I am excited to dive in and help you find support and relief.
