I believe that change is a process that begins with the way one thinks about things. We all experience times of darkness and deep sorrow. We experience anxiety and also struggle with life transitions. Healing comes when we take the time to share our stories, connect with our feelings, and explore our experiences. As you consider therapy, know that feelings of sadness, anxiety, shame, guilt, confusion, and longing are experienced by everyone. Processing what is troubling you can bring you a sense of relief and balance. Self-awareness can add purpose to your life and I am here to assist you in the journey. My goal is to facilitate a space where you can be your authentic self and feel empowered to tackle life stressors. My clinical experience includes working with clients who were experiencing life challenges, mood disorders, struggles within interpersonal relationships, and impulse control. I utilize blended therapeutic approaches to customize the best method of helping my clients through their challenges. I offer an open and honest space to help my clients grow.
