There are times when we are unable to move forward because of many issues that can include: relationship, career, and health problems. You try your very best but you do not get the results you had hoped for despite your best efforts. I am a therapist that works with individuals that are dealing with symptoms of low motivation, sadness, and concentration problems. I also helped people with anxious thoughts, restlessness, and fears. These concerns if untreated can derail you from reaching your best life possible.
