Hello and welcome! I’m Migdalia a Licensed Mental Health therapist and life coach with over 10 years of experience. I have counseled and coached my clients through personal life challenges and have guided them to attain solutions to improve their overall mental health.

Whether you've recently gone through a breakup, are at a crossroads in your career, or have faced trauma, resulting in feelings of being stuck, frustrated, and sad, I want to assure you that I'm here to lead you through a structured process designed to bring clarity and create a practical plan to elevate your life's quality.

My counseling approach is characterized by a blend of compassion and motivation, infused with honesty and accountability.
