I am a clinical social worker licensed in Maryland with 9 years of experience working as a psychotherapist. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, ADHD, trauma and grief.

My therapy style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect and compassion. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral and psychodynamic therapy. Our dialog and and your treatment plan will be tailored to meet your unique and specific needs. At the end of the first session , I will provide a few strategies and resources for you to begin working on your top goal whether that be in counseling with me or on your own--you decide.
