Experiencing a safe and comfortable connection with your provider is a great start to your therapy. My personality is warm and open, using humor as appropriate, and my highest priority is being attuned to your needs. I help clients explore foundational experiences and relationships that have shaped them and that may have contributed to present-day difficulties. At the same time, I offer practical and action-oriented skills and exercises to begin making shifts in day-to-day life. I have over 9 years of licensed experience using several research-based techniques. My primary values as a provider are courage, wisdom, and compassion, which I seek to hold out for all of my clients to experience and take hold of in their lives. I want you to know that you are not alone in what you are going through and that deep, lasting healing and change is possible.
