About

I am a marriage and family therapist licensed in Tennessee with over 14 years of experience working with individuals, couples and families. I have worked with clients on a wide range of concerns including anxiety/stress, life-changes, motivation, self-esteem and mindfulness, just to name a few.

My counseling style is warm and welcoming and very client centered. I believe in treating everyone and their own journey with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I also believe that everyone needs a safe space to be able to talk open and honestly and I strive to provide that space for every single client I meet.

My approach is a combination of Cognitive-Behavioral, Rational-Emotive and Solution- Focused Therapy. I will tailor my work with you to meet your unique and specific needs for treatment.
