I am a bilingual (Spanish) Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Colorado with over 30 years of experience helping children and adults reach their full potential in life. I have worked in hospitals, nonprofits, health departments, family homes, schools, and private practices.

I offer a wide range of services to meet the multi-ethnic mental health needs of my clients. My focus and goal is to help you figure out ways to make changes in the areas you identify. I use a variety of treatment approaches that are based on active listening, empathy and compassion. Examples of some of my methods include EMDR, hypnotherapy, CBT, EFT, solution-focused and trauma informed therapy.

I know that the relationship we develop is a crucial step in helping you achieve your goals. I believe this relationship allows people to change and grow and ultimately find their way through anxiety, depression, fears, confusion, abuse, trauma, chronic illness and relationship or life changes. I think it is important to understand how we come to our current situation, as well as to better know our behaviors and thought processes. However, we do not stay there. Then, I will help you develop a list of coping skills and tools that will assist you in all areas of your life. These resources will become part of you and empower you to meet any future challenges.
