I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Alabama with 25+ year of experience mentoring, coaching, and counseling others. Navigating day to day life is difficult enough -- but given a safe, comfortable place where you can partner with someone who has been there and gets it, can go a long way in overcoming the storms of life. Over the years I have helped others navigate a wide-range of challenges in their lives including stress, trauma, anxiety, panic, trust issues, mood swings, medical issues, chronic pain, relationships, parenting, parent-child relationships, a wide range of normal and unexpected life transitions including – mid-life, menopause, job or career, relocation, to growing a family.

I utilize an integrative solution-focused whole health approach that incorporates family systems, neurobiological, adaptive information processing, attachment, cognitive behavioral, narrative and expressive art modalities. I place a strong emphasis on developing a diverse skillset and have trained in several evidenced based models, such as EMDR, CPT, EEFT.
