What should your client know about you? Hi! My name is Michelle Tubilla and I am Licensed Professional Counselor and I am a National Certified Counselor who lives in Texas. I have worked in counseling for seven years and throughout this time I have worked with mentors and leaders in the counseling field to continue to improve my skills. I am very creative and resourceful and enjoy using these skills with my clients to help best meet their needs. What is your approach to therapy? I am passionate about what I do and I use a multi-sensory approach to counseling called Impact Therapy, which is based on theory that can lead to clients seeing real results. I am knowledgeable in these theories: Person-Centered Theory, Cognitive Behavioral Theory, Reality Theory, Solution-Focused Theory, Adlerian theory, Rational Emotive Behavioral theory, Transactional Analysis, and Mindfulness-Based Practices, and Trauma-Informed Practices. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you? I offer a safe and encouraging space both online and in person for my clients. You can expect that my goal is to help encourage and support you in reaching your goals in counseling and that with my creativity and resources I will give my all every day.
