I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and therapist in Indiana with over 10 years of experience working in the field of mental health and addiction. I have worked with adults of all ages as well as teens and geriatric populations with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma and/or abuse, PTSD, grief and loss, relationship issues, and addiction.
My approach is person-centered, empowering, warm, sensitive and empathetic. I specialize in numerous evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Trauma-informed care, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Rapid Resolution Therapy (RRT). I tailor my approach as appropriate to best serve the individual's needs.
