I am licensed in Connecticut with 5 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, self esteem and confidence. I also have experience working with depression. I am trained on trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, as well as experience using exposure therapy, play therapy, solution focused theory, mindfulness and grounding exercises for adolescents and young adults experiencing depression, anxiety, mood disorders, PTSD, ADHD, and OCD. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you.
