I firmly believe the human connection is what heals, the rapport, the relationship between people. I don’t think people should be in therapy for the rest of their lives but during our time together, I want to help you feel whole again. To feel like you can love and trust again. To look forward to next day instead of dreading it. To feel like you and your partner are on the same page again. In the end, I want you to not *need* me but to also know that my door is always open to you if you ever want to check in and remain accountable to your goals. I specialize in sex therapy, grief, trauma, anxiety, and depression. I also love storytelling. I provide free consultations on my website so reaching out to me will cost you nothing if not a few minutes of your time. All consultations are confidential, with the exception of the presence of immediate danger to yourself or to someone else.
