I have worked as a clinical psychotherapist providing individual therapy to seniors, adults, adolescents and children. I specialize in treating clients who suffer from anxiety, depression, panic attacks, and phobias. I believe in working together with my clients in helping them to believe in themselves and believe in their abilities to reach their goals.  What is your approach to therapy? I have worked on different treatment approaches depending on my clients needs. One of my treatment approaches is in the use of cognitive behavioral therapy. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you? Through this work I help my clients address certain negative beliefs they might have about themselves and I work with them on developing new adaptive thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I believe in working together with my clients in helping them to believe in themselves and believe in their abilities to reach their goals.
