In addition, I also served in the US ARMY so have insight into issues that Veterans have faced then and now. I have worked with individuals that experience depression, anxiety, insomnia, Bipolar, parenting issues, suicidal thoughts, and chaos in their lives. I specialize in geriatric counseling as well as Relationship & parenting therapy. I have worked extensively with psychiatrists and at times know that a client needs medication management as well as therapy.
