About

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor working in South Florida for the past six years. I graduated with a Masters in Psychology from Florida International University. I have worked with adults, adolescents, and children. I do not believe that therapy is “One Size Fits All.” So, I use a variety of therapeutic modalities to work with my clients. Working at your pace and using your feedback to facilitate the sessions I believe are essential. I also believe in empowering my clients and helping them understand that their opinions and voices matter. Taking the first step to seek counseling is hard, and I commend you for it. During our time together, I will provide you with tools, resources, and techniques to increase your insight and accomplish the goals you have set out for yourself.
