For over nineteen years, I have offered a supportive and non-judgemental environment for each person to free themselves from emotional baggage and pain. Once we change our thoughts we can change any unwanted behaviors. My approach helps clients reflect on past issues that may be holding them back from achieving their goals. I concentrate on creating new strategies do deal with anxiety, self-doubt and sadness. I have extensive experience with substance abuse and concerns which may include depression, anxiety, relationship or family issues.
