You have parts of you that holds you back, that feels like no one can understand you as you are now. You look composed to the outside world yet inside, you're struggling. This feeling isn't new and you've tried to manage this feeling without much success. Relationships can be difficult, from family relationships growing up to romantic relationships. It's hard to get close yet you are wanting to be in healthy relationships. I am passionate about helping parents who want to stop intergenerational trauma from continuing onto their children, to become the parents they wish they had growing up. You can be that parent that your child needs, it starts with healing your past and noticing your triggers in the present. Healing is possible.
