I am licensed in North Carolina with 14 years of professional work experience working with families, children, teens and adults . In addition to being a LCSW, I am also a certified yoga teacher and somatic coach. I have experience in helping clients with relationship issues, family conflicts, coping with grief and loss, & parenting issues. I also have extensive experience working with women’s issues, military families, and difficult life transitions. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
