Michelle is a strengths-based therapist who believes in meeting her clients where they are at and walking through their reality with them. We all struggle at different points in our lives, and need a place to feel safe and secure to explore and unpack our issues and struggles. Michelle provides a neutral, non-judgmental place for people to express themselves openly and honestly, to explore their thoughts and feelings, and to increase their understanding of themselves and others. Michelle has worked with children, teens, adults, and family systems in various forms since completing her Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy. Michelle believes that we do not exist only as individuals, but all as parts of bigger systems, and brings her family systems perspective to all sessions, even those with a single person in the room.
