Do you ever feel alone, overwhelmed, or stressed? You are not alone. All individuals experience life, and with life comes pain. It can be hard to talk to friends or family about painful emotions, and I want to help. Whether you are struggling with recent life changes, trauma, grief, depression, or anxiety, I will provide a calm, reassuring, and confidential setting to help you feel secure during your healing journey. I use an integrated approach with all clients. I believe in using techniques such as art and play to allow children/ teens to process emotions and experiences. I am an Advanced Trauma Certified Practitioner and use EMDR and a trauma-focused approach to help all age groups process past trauma that is impacting their lives today.
