Hi, I am Michelle and I am glad you are here. I specialize in counseling women ages 22-45, and supporting Highly Sensitive People. Because I am committed to your successful outcome and my availability is limited, I only accept clients that I feel a Goodness of Fit with and I have confidence I can help.   This means that I work only with clients whose concerns are ones I have had extensive training in or have received counseling for myself.  
Clients that fall outside the scope of my expertise and current practice are individuals with addictions, personality disorders, suicidal ideation, current eating disorders, or depression.
