About

I am a licensed professional counselor in Orangeburg, South Carolina with over 14 years of experience as a therapist. I began my journey in 2008 as a hypnotherapist and counselor intern while in graduate school. I have taught in Higher Education for over 12 years, received my license as professional counselor in South Carolina in 2015, and I am certified as an Adult and Youth Mental Health First Aid Instructor.

I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, depression, motivation, and self esteem and confidence. I believe that you are the expert of our story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. I utilize a client-centered technique focusing on meeting the client where they are, setting goals, and moving towards growth, recovery, and positive well being.
