Thank you for taking the time to read my profile. I am a licensed therapist and have worked as a social worker with people who have acute and chronic illnesses and disablities. I've worked with clients dealing with anxiety, depression, caregiver stress, coping with illness and facing major life transitions. I graduated from the University of Michigan School of Social Work with a certificate in Gerontology. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and EMDR and use these approaches when working with clients.
When working with clients, I strive to create a safe, friendly and non-judgemental space where clients can explore and work towards their goals. Deciding to seek therapy can be a tough choice and well worth it in bringing more awareness and balance.
