About
During these unprecedented times, it has become apparent that mental health is just as vital as physical health. Asking for help can often be challenging. Not knowing where to start on that journey can provide to be more of a challenge. Seeking help to better balance daily stress and emotions is a sign of strength and courage. Whether you’re facing family or relationship stress, job stress, anxiety, depression, or grief, know that you do not have to face these problems alone or figure everything out by yourself. I take an approach of allowing you a safe space to process emotions, while providing guidance and strategies to assist with those day-to-day emotions and how to better cope. I enjoy working with individuals and couples and have an enthusiastic approach to help others. I believe most clients already possess the tools they need; they sometimes just need to dig a little deeper into that toolbox. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental environment to assist and empower clients to identify personal strengths to overcome challenges. Emotions are can be difficult to process and I encourage you to be kinder to yourself. While therapy can be challenging, you have the opportunity to be rewarded with better insight and strategies to cope during difficult times. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who graduated from University of La Verne with a master’s degree in Counseling with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy. I received my Bachelor of Art’s in Psychology from California State University, Fullerton.
