My favorite phrase to hear from someone is “wow, I never thought of it that way before”. I believe that seeking help for oneself is a sign of strength, wisdom and inner guidance. You’re the person who knows that you want and deserve some level of transformation and by reaching out, you are saying that you are ready to take the journey. It has been my pleasure to work with individuals and programs which encourage, support and help to guide people on this journey for 30 years. My style is to first listen to you and your story in order to understand. I then provide feedback to confirm our mutual understanding and partner with you to find your best path forward. Your path is your unique journey and may involve additional resources such as food and movement as natural healing modalities as well. I look forward to helping you to achieve your goals!?
