I am a Licensed Mental Health counselor with more than 15 years experience working with very diverse populations. My clients have had a range of issues they have sought to resolve including addiction, family disruptions, anxiety, depression, eating disorders and many others. My practice modalities include Solution focused care, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques, Dialectical Behavioral techniques and Person Centered Care with a focus on the goals of the client. I work with adults, adolescents and couples.

I believe in looking at the whole person and encourage clients to focus on monitoring of their diet, exercise as well as the thoughts they have when they are engaging in activities that are stressful and also joyful. Recognizing the connections between your thoughts, actions and perceptions are vital in getting to your individualized place of peace and comfort.
