I have many years experience as a clinical counselor and am currently working as a licensed professional counselor in private practice. I provide both phone and video sessions on the Find A Therapist platform. I am part time on this platform and can be more flexible with phone sessions vs video, but I will do my best to accommodate you so that we reach a happy medium.

During our therapy relationship, you are in the driver's seat. I am here to support you and help you read the map. I encourage open communication and disclosure of what you want to accomplish and how you feel you are progressing during our time together.

Please note that my sessions are 45 minutes long.
