I am licensed in Colorado with 15 years of social work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, depression, & coping with life changes. I have worked with a diverse population and a variety of ages from 17-100. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I use techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage.
